Body naming fun!

We had fun this afternoon labelling real life bodies. We used sticky notes and wrote our own labels. We discussed what our bodies can do and had a great time running, jumping, skipping, hopping, walking and galloping around the running track.

After our story this morning called Wonder, about a boy with one eye,we started to think what it might be like if different parts of our bodies didn’t work as well as they should. We tried “shuffling” around on our bottoms to try to begin to imagine what it might be like if our legs didn’t work as well.
