St. John's Ambulance

Date: 27th May 2016 @ 6:55pm

Wednesday was another great day for everyone in year six! Rory, a trainer from St. John's Ambulance spent the whole day teaching us about how to deal with bleeding, what to do if someone drank a poisonous liquid, how to deal with choking  and what we should do if we find someone who is unconscious.

After practising the recovery position several times,  bandaging each other up and taking it in turns to remember DRS ABC, Rory decided to set us all a homework task. Please expect lots of first aid tuition at home!
