Tigers meet the tigers

A great day was had by all at Chester Zoo today. Mason and Oliver B wrote a short account of their favourite part of the day.

When we walked in it was very dark and bats were flying all around. There were some small ones and they used a laser to show us them hanging from the ceiling. In the cave, the smell of bat we was really bad and some children were scared of them flying around. One of them flew right into us and one even tried to fly out through the exit. Luckily there was a triple door so they couldn't get outside. 

Unlike us, the Tigers at the zoo were very lazy and just led there- sitting on the rock. We, on the other hand, were racing around looking at all the great animals.
