Teacher appreciation assembly

Today, Mrs Atkinson has won a national award of Teaching Assistant of the Year at Longton organised by the Community Education Awards, a special assembly was led by Mrs Brown to celebrate her success.

In addition, County Counciller (and Longton Primary School Governor) Graham Gooch celebrated with the children the schools many winners from the Lancashire Post education awards that took place last week.
